General Introduction
JULONG Uhligite Processing Equipment is consists of cutter suction dredger, balance hopper platform and mining platform. Design processing capacity is from 100 tons per hour to 1500 tons per hour, which can be used for inland river, inland lake and coastal waters.
Cutter suction dredger is consist of pontoons, cutter system, winches system, spud system, pumping system, control system and other accessories. Balance Hopper platform is consist of pontoons, buffer box, sieving system, balance hopper, water supply system, mining collecting system, discharge system, electric system and control system. Mining platform is consist of pontoons, separating system, spiral chute, water supply system, mining collecting system, discharge system, electric system and control system.
Working Process
Cutter Suction Dredger is driven by diesel engine or electric motor and discharge the raw ore to the balance hopper through the pipeline. The raw ore can be buffering, sieving and pulping through the balance hopper platform then become the stable ratio slurry and transported by the mining platform. The sub-ore unit on the platform evenly distributed the slurry to the spiral chute. Different functions spiral chute connected with the collecting chute and pumping set on the platform, the raw ore will be screened to mine ore, concentrate, tailings and others after several screening, and they will be discharged to special storage areas.
Advantages and Features
JULONG Cutter Suction Dredger can be equipped with different devices to obtain different output (100 tons to 1,500 tons per hour). Balance hopper platform can be equipped with different balance hopper according the requirement of storage time, it can reach 7 to 15 minutes of ore storage time. Mining platform can be equipped with different amount of spiral chute and sand pump according the production capacity. For easy of maintenance, the collecting chute and pipes under the spiral chute are in well order arrangement ,which is easy for maintenance and space savings.
